Horizon Teachers is currently working with a vibrant and inclusive secondary school in Stratford, Newham, who are seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join their dedicated team from September 2025.

The Role:

• Supporting students across a range of abilities, including those with additional needs
• Assisting in the delivery of engaging lessons and helping students achieve their potential
• Working 1:1 and with small groups to provide academic and pastoral support
• Encouraging students to participate fully in school life and promoting a positive learning environment

Ideal Candidate:

• A graduate or individual with previous experience working with young people
• Passionate about education and supporting student progress
• A positive, proactive approach to working with secondary-aged students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
