Salary: From £99,000 per annum

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Northampton & London offices)

Hours: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:30pm

What You’ll Do

  • Lead with vision: Design and execute a strategy to quadruple growth in 5 years
  • Inspire teams: Build and lead a high-impact team of Client Managers and Relationship Executives
  • Grow accounts: Transform small clients into scalable, profitable partnerships
  • Drive revenue: Maximise client lifetime value through cross-sell, upsell, and service expansion
  • Use data smartly: Leverage real-time insights to guide decisions and optimise performance
  • Collaborate widely: Partner with Product, Marketing, Tech, and Ops to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Report with impact: Shape go-to-market plans and report directly to the Executive Director


What You’ll Bring

  • 8+ years in senior leadership roles, with a proven track record of scaling B2B growth
  • Expertise in strategic account management and client success
  • Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments
  • Passion for innovation, transformation, and delivering measurable results
