SEN Teacher – Specialist School | Greenwich | September 2025 Start

Location: Greenwich, South East London

Contract: Full-time | Long-term with permanent potential

Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance

Start Date: September 2025

Milk Education are working in partnership with a well-established and nurturing SEND school in Greenwich, seeking a compassionate and committed SEN Teacher to join their team in September.

The school caters for children and young people with a range of needs including ASD, MLD, and complex learning difficulties. With excellent facilities, a strong multi-disciplinary team, and a child-centred approach, this is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who truly wants to make a difference.

You will need:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS)
• Experience teaching pupils with SEND (in a mainstream or specialist setting)
• A nurturing approach and excellent communication skills
• A genuine passion for inclusive education and pupil development

Desirable but not essential:

• Team Teach or similar de-escalation training
• PECS, Makaton, or TEACCH experience
• Experience with complex needs or non-verbal learners
