Are you a clinically qualified professional with a passion for improving patient care through education, support, and product innovation? We're looking for a Clinical Product Advisor & Trainer to join our growing team – someone who can train, guide, and support care home professionals across the UK.

This is an exciting, field-based opportunity ideal for a Registered Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Physiotherapist with strong communication skills and a clinical background in pressure care, elderly care, or rehabilitation.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver on-site product training and clinical support on care beds and pressure care mattress solutions.
  • Conduct resident/patient assessments and support product demonstrations tailored to their needs.
  • Act as a trusted clinical advisor to care home staff, offering hands-on guidance, training, and troubleshooting.
  • Support equipment evaluations and trials, feeding back to product teams for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to ensure smooth pre- and post-sales support.
  • Attend events and exhibitions, showcasing our clinical excellence and innovation.


What We’re Looking For

  • NMC-registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional (OT, Physio, etc.)
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience—ideally in elderly care or pressure area care.
  • Confident in delivering training and presenting to varied audiences.
  • A self-starter who thrives in a field-based role with frequent UK-wide travel.
  • Strong documentation and IT skills (Microsoft Office, digital tools).

Desirable:

  • Prior experience in medical devices, training, or clinical product support
  • Familiarity with pressure mapping or equipment used in palliative or elderly care
