Learning Support Assistant – Maidenhead Area

Term Time Only | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:00pm

Are you looking for a rewarding role where you can make a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We’re seeking a compassionate and proactive Learning Support Assistant to join a supportive school in the Maidenhead area. This opportunity is open to those interested in Primary, Secondary, or SEND education.

You’ll be working closely with students who may have:

• Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC)
• Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
• Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD)
• Physical or sensory impairments
• Communication and interaction needs
• Social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges

No classroom experience? That’s okay. We welcome applicants from care, support work, or personal care backgrounds. This role is ideal for those considering a future in:

• Speech and Language Therapy
• Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy
• Educational Psychology
• Youth Work or Social Care
• Teaching or SEND specialisms

Due to the school’s location, access to a car or reliable transport is highly recommended.
