FdA Programme Lecturer (Business & Hospitality)

Location: London

Salary: £42,000 – £50,000

Start Date: 1st September 2025

Working Arrangement: Mon–Thu on-site, Fri remote (WFH)

I’m currently supporting a growing higher education institution in London that’s hiring multiple Lecturers for their Foundation Degree (FdA) in Business & Hospitality.

This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate educators and industry professionals who want to help shape the next generation of business and hospitality leaders through a practical, industry-informed curriculum.

The role involves:

Teaching across Levels 4 and 5, supporting students' academic and professional growth. You’ll collaborate with academic teams on curriculum delivery, assessment, student engagement, and continuous improvement across the FdA Business & Hospitality programme.

We’re looking for:

✔ A relevant BA degree and postgraduate qualification or equivalent professional experience

✔ Industry background in business or hospitality

✔ Experience teaching in Higher Education

✔ A student-first mindset and inclusive teaching approach

✔ Strong organisational skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
