Business Management Lecturers (BA Level)

Location: London

Salary: £42,000 – £50,000

Start Date: 1st September 2025

Working Arrangements: Mon-Thu on-site & Fri WFH

Are you passionate about business education and ready to make a real impact? I'm currently supporting a rapidly growing higher education institution in London is seeking multiple Lecturers in Business Management to join their academic team this September.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong academic background and/or industry experience, committed to delivering engaging, inclusive, and high-quality teaching across levels 4–6 (with some opportunities across levels 3–7). You'll work closely with Subject Leads to support curriculum delivery, assessment, student engagement, and innovation in teaching and learning.

What we’re looking for:

✔ A relevant degree (Master’s minimum); PhD or equivalent teaching qualifications

✔ Experience teaching in Higher Education

✔ Strong knowledge across business disciplines (e.g., marketing, strategy, management)

✔ Ability to teach flexibly

✔ A collaborative mindset and passion for student success
