About the Role


Reporting to the Global WHSE & Risk Manager, the Health and Safety Advisor will be responsible for supporting the UK and EMEA business in identifying and mitigating health and safety risks across the development, delivery and operations of our assets, whilst also providing support to group-wide reporting and improvement initiatives.


Responsibilities:


  • Proactively identify and mitigate health and safety risks across projects and assets in collaboration with development, delivery, and asset management teams.
  • Implement the WHSE framework across UK and EMEA in partnership with the Global WHSE & Risk Manager.
  • Maintain and improve local H&S tools and processes to ensure legal compliance and risk reduction.
  • Provide technical H&S support during project planning, execution, and operations.
  • Promote safety awareness through stakeholder engagement, coaching, and training.
  • Conduct site inspections and engage contractors to address safety hazards.
  • Lead incident response and investigations in line with regulations and company policy.
  • Support the rollout of H&S assurance programs across UK and EMEA.
  • Manage H&S reporting metrics for business reporting.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies on H&S matters as needed.
  • Stay current with H&S legislation, regulations, and best practices.
