Join a leading M&E contractor as a Mechanical Estimator in Dartford, supporting project tendering and cost planning processes from start to finish.

About the Client

Our client is a reputable mechanical and electrical contractor seeking a skilled Mechanical Estimator to strengthen their estimating team.

Roles/Responsibilities

• Review tender documents and raise RFI’s as needed
• Liaise with the supply chain and request pricing
• Perform accurate take-offs using industry standards
• Analyze subcontractor bids and select optimal offers
• Prepare internal tender documents and present in adjudication meetings
• Submit tenders punctually
• Participate in project handovers to the operations team

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or C&G/ONC level preferred
• Experience with an M&E contractor or M&E division of a main contractor
• Strong estimating skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, organization, and initiative
