An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified HR professional with specialist experience of employment law, employee engagement and inclusion, in a Education institute based near excellent transport links.

The successful candidate's duties will include:

• A lead on employee benefits, health and wellbeing and rewards schemes, and supporting managers when promoting retention
• Producing an off boarding experience and monitoring and training around it's positive affectivity
• Line management to a People Services Assistant
• Partnering with managers to provide advise and support

To be successful in this role you must have:

• A relevant HR qualification (CIPD or CPD with experience)
• Experience within the Education/ NFP Sector
• Experience in HR generalist or engagement and relations positions
• Great communications skills, both verbal and written
