We're Hiring – Teachers for Alternative Provision / PRU Settings

South East London | Full-Time | Term-Time Only

We’re recruiting qualified Teachers to work within Alternative Provisions (APs) and Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) across South East London. These are settings where your patience, creativity, and ability to build trust will make all the difference.

What we’re looking for:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent)
• Experience working with SEMH, behaviour, or vulnerable learners preferred
• Strong classroom management and an individualised approach to teaching
• Resilience, empathy, and confidence in de-escalation strategies
• Commitment to safeguarding and trauma-informed practice
