The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Be a qualified teacher with QTS
• Have experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (or strong understanding of KS2 curriculum)
• Demonstrate high expectations for all learners
• Have excellent classroom management skills
• Be reflective, creative, and willing to take initiative
• Be a team player with strong communication skills
