Your new role
Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong track record of managing large-scale redundancy programmes? We are seeking an Interim for an HR Project to oversee and deliver a critical redundancy project, supporting the stakeholders through a period of organisational change. You must be immediately available or with a short notice period.
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale redundancy programme.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to plan and execute the redundancy process
- Deliver clear and empathetic communications, including announcements and consultation meetings.
- Conduct "at risk" conversations and manage individual and collective consultation processes.
- Oversee redundancy calculations, draft letters, and manage settlement agreements.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies throughout the process.
- Provide expert guidance and support to managers and HR colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience managing the full redundancy lifecycle for programmes affecting 50+ employees
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and best practice in redundancy processes.
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Highly organised, detail-orientated, and able to work at pace in a complex environment.
- Available to start immediately or within 1 week.
