Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a real difference in education? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team at a thriving Independent School.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position supporting classroom teachers in delivering a high standard of education and pastoral care. You’ll work closely with pupils across various age groups, providing both one-to-one and small group support to help them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of lessons
• Provide tailored support to individual pupils
• Contribute to the creation of a positive and engaging learning environment
• Support with classroom management and behaviour strategies
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and other support staff

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant (essential)
• A proactive, caring, and patient approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to the needs of different learners
• Relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
