Now Hiring: Paediatric Occupational Therapist (SEND) – Essex

Location: Essex (school-based with optional hybrid working)

Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week) | Part-time considered

Driving license and access to a car required

We are currently supporting an NHS partner in Essex in their search for a skilled Paediatric

Occupational Therapist with experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive team, delivering meaningful interventions that directly impact the lives of children and young people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete Section F of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs)
• Conduct school visits across the Essex area
• Liaise effectively with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver tailored therapies addressing gross motor, fine motor, and sensory needs
• Produce clear, evidence-based clinical reports

Candidate Requirements:

• Sensory integration training and experience working with children
• Ability to deliver a range of therapies in educational settings
• Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle
• Strong communication and organisational skills

Hybrid working is available, offering flexibility for the right candidate.
