We're partnering with a number of friendly and inclusive primary schools across London who are looking for enthusiastic graduate support staff to join them this September. Whether your degree is in Psychology, English, Maths, Counselling, Literature, Fine Art or a related subject, this is a brilliant opportunity to bring your skills into the classroom and make a real difference.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting pupils in class, in small groups, or one-to-one
• Assisting with literacy, numeracy, and creative activities
• Helping children with SEND or additional needs
• Encouraging positive behaviour and building strong relationships
• Gaining valuable hands-on experience for a future in teaching, educational psychology, SEN, youth work or counselling

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 months experience working with young people in the UK (e.g. Tutoring, teaching, support work, mentoring, summer camps etc)
• A degree (2:2 or above)
• A DBS on the updated service or willingness to apply for one
• A genuine interest in working with children
• A proactive, patient and dependable approach
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a school environment
• Right to work in UK (No sponsorship available)
