Hiring Now: Permanent Nutrition Lecturers – London University

We’re currently partnering with a reputable university in London seeking Permanent Nutrition Lecturers to join their academic team this September.

Position Details:

• Start Date: September
• Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
• Teaching Hours: 18 hours/week
• Total Working Hours: 40 hours/week across 5 days (includes marking, prep, pastoral care, etc.)

Teaching Schedule:

• Classes run in 3-hour blocks: 10am–1pm, 2pm–5pm, and 6pm–9pm
• Flexibility required for evening and/or weekend teaching (time off in lieu provided)
• Business operations: Mon–Thu (9am–9pm) | Fri–Sun (9am–6pm)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years UK Higher Education teaching experience
• Relevant qualification (any of the following):
• MA or MSc + 2 years HE experience + teaching qualification (PGCert, HEA Fellowship, PGCE, etc.)
• MA or MSc + 5 years HE experience
• PhD + 2 years HE experience
• Must have the right to work in the UK (No sponsorship available)
• Strong communication, adaptability, and commitment to student success

Salary & Benefits:

• £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (based on experience)
• 33 days annual leave (25 + 8 bank holidays), plus additional discretionary leave over Christmas
