Secondary Teacher – All Subjects

Start: ASAP / September 2025

Contract: Full-time

Salary: £150.59 – £207.02 per day

Milk Education are seeking committed and resilient Secondary Teachers across all subject areas to join dedicated departments in secondary schools across the Manchester area. The role will involve teaching KS3 and KS4 in your specialist subject, with the expectation to plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire students and support their academic progress. This is a full-time position, starting in September until December 2025, with the opportunity to become permanent if successful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum for your subject specialism
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with school staff to ensure effective learning outcomes
• Uphold the values and standards of Milk Education and our partner schools

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Subject specialism – able to teach to KS3 and KS4
• Strong classroom management skills
• Ability to build rapport with students and colleagues
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through Milk Education)
