Tripod Partners are looking for a Locum Occupational Therapy Deputy Manager for a Social Care team in Central London.

We’re looking for a Locum OT Deputy Manager to lead a dedicated Occupational Therapy team within a forward-thinking adult social care service. This hybrid role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape community-based care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support a team of therapists and support staff

- Triage new referrals and manage simple provision via telephone assessments

- Coordinate urgent equipment interventions

- Oversee inductions and team readiness for CQC inspections

- Supervise staff and contribute to service planning and quality improvement

Skills & Attributes:

- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist

-Must have team leadership or supervisory experience

- Strong background in adult or community OT

- Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills

- Familiarity with social care frameworks and strengths-based practice
