We are working in partnership with a prestigious independent school to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Temporary Maths Teacher to join their high-achieving Mathematics Department from September to December 2025. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 to 5 (depending on experience).
• Plan, prepare, and assess students’ work in line with departmental and school policies.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation and academic growth.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, including pastoral responsibilities and extracurricular activities where appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent) and a strong academic background in Mathematics.
• Proven experience teaching Maths at secondary level, ideally including A-Level.
• A passion for inspiring young minds and a commitment to high academic standards.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• A flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to integrate quickly into a well-established team.
