Maths Teacher – Secondary School

Are you an ambitious and passionate Maths Teacher looking for your next opportunity in education? Milk Education is currently supporting a Secondary School who are seeking an enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join their team and inspire pupils across KS3 & KS4.

This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is committed to raising attainment, creating engaging lessons, and making a lasting impact in the classroom.

Role Requirements:

• Must hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential
• Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and the ability to deliver across KS3 & KS4
• Confident in planning, delivering, and assessing lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Ability to inspire and motivate students of varying abilities
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated Maths lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Assess and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and interventions where necessary
• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and progress
• Work closely with colleagues to contribute to curriculum development and share best practices
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, following school policies and promoting a positive learning culture
