Coaching in Education Apprenticeships Tutor

Are you an experienced Education professional with a passion for coaching and mentoring future leaders? Do you enjoy supporting apprentices to achieve their full potential? This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading training provider delivering Education Apprenticeships at Level 5.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Apprenticeship Tutor to deliver coaching, training and assessment to learners in the education sector. You will guide and support apprentices to successfully complete their programmes, helping them develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to excel in their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective Education Apprenticeship training and assessment
• Complete skills reviews and create individual learning plans tailored to learner needs
• Conduct workplace observations and provide constructive feedback
• Support learners with English, Maths and Functional Skills where required
• Track progress through e-portfolio systems and ensure timely completion
• Promote safeguarding, British Values, Prevent and well-being throughout the programme
• Work closely with employers to deliver an outstanding learning experience

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in the Education sector and/or coaching role
• Current knowledge of education practice and leadership
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Good IT skills and confidence using online learning platforms
• Ability to motivate and support learners to achieve success
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

Desirable:

• Assessor qualification (CAVA/A1)
• Relevant degree in education or coaching
• Internal Quality Assurer (IQA) qualification
• Experience in Further Education or apprenticeship delivery
