We're Hiring: Primary School Teaching Assistants (Full-Time) | Start September | South-East London

About the Role:

We are seeking Primary School Teaching Assistants or SEN Teaching Assistants to support teachers and pupils across our schools. This is a full-time, term-time position ideal for someone who is energetic, patient, and eager to help children thrive academically and emotionally.

What We're Looking For:

• Must have at least 3 months experience working with children in the UK - classroom experience is preferred, but not essential
• A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one
• A genuine passion for education and helping children of all abilities succeed
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, from September
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
• A Teaching Assistant qualification is a bonus but not essential

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the class teacher in daily classroom activities
• Working one-on-one or in small groups with pupils who need additional support
• Assisting with learning activities, behaviour management, and pastoral care
• Supporting children with SEN (Special Educational Needs) where required
• Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment
