Graduate classroom Assistant

Location: Oldham, Tameside or North Manchester

The Role:

As a Graduate Classroom Assistant, you will:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons to children with SEN
• Assist in implementing individualized learning plans
• Encourage positive behavior and social development
• Observe and report on students’ progress
• Learn practical strategies for working with children with diverse needs

• A recent graduate (any discipline) with a genuine interest in education and SEN
• Passionate, patient, and enthusiastic about making a difference in children’s lives
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and develop professional skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
