DIGITAL PRODUCT LEAD

This company hosts premium private schools, operating globally and educating over 80,000 students. The group is undergoing rapid growth, building new schools from scratch, acquiring others, and investing in high-performance, scalable digital infrastructure.

THE ROLE

This is a strategic digital leadership role. You’ll take full ownership of the platform, ensuring it performs commercially, scales globally, and integrates CRM, CRO, SEO, and emerging AI-powered capabilities.

Less about day-to-day execution, this position focuses on product thinking, strategic ownership, and cross-functional leadership. You’ll be instrumental in:

• Developing and connecting digital propositions across web content, onboarding, and user journeys
• Driving the roadmap for AI adoption within the web function
• Ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance across a global ecosystem

SKILLS

• Strong experience in digital or web product management
• A track record across CRM, CRO, SEO, and digital platforms
• Experience building and delivering roadmaps
• Comfort leading teams and stakeholders without needing to be hands-on
• A passion for AI innovation, even if not technical
• High attention to UX, performance, and conversion metrics
