Are you an experienced SENCo looking for your next challenge starting in January 2026?

We're working with an ‘Outstanding’ Primary School in the heart of Bexley, actively recruiting for a SENCo. The school is seeking a compassionate, resilient, and highly effective individual with a strong track record of supporting vulnerable children, managing challenging behaviour, and working with disengaged pupils or those with anxiety disorders.

You’ll play a key role in identifying student needs, liaising with parents and carers, and coordinating with external agencies. A strong commitment to raising attendance and attainment—especially for students with SEN—is essential.

SENCo - Job Details:

• MPS/UPS Outer London + SEN allowance
• A dedicated and supportive staff team committed to high standards

SENCo - Job Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong track record of improving attendance and attainment
• National SENCo Award
• Experience working in relevant settings, with knowledge of child development, attachment disorder, and SEN conditions (e.g. ASD, ADHD, ODD)
• Proven experience in leading and managing staff
