Vehicle Technician Trainer | £37,310 | Field-Based – Tidworth, Lyneham & Surrounding Areas

Are you a skilled Vehicle Technician who loves coaching and developing talent?

Join a fast-growing global Defence company as a Vehicle Technician Trainer and shape the next generation of technical experts!

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver hands-on training and coaching
• Create & maintain engaging training materials
• Assess and support apprentices to achieve their goals
• Apply your expertise in vehicle inspections (MEI/MOT)

You Bring:

• City & Guilds Part 3 / NVQ L3 or Apprenticeship in Engineering Maintenance
• 5+ years in a technical/industry environment
• Deep knowledge of vehicle inspections
• Bonus: Defence experience or CAVA qualification
