Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and proactive HR Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment team. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, candidate management, and exposure to international hiring practices. It is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience in talent acquisition within a global organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Post job openings on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
  • Conduct initial HR screening calls and maintain candidate communication.
  • Help maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines.
  • Support the team in creating job descriptions and offer letters.
  • Contribute to improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.


Requirements

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable working remotely with international teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace; knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing is a plus.
  • Passion for pursuing a career in recruitment or HR.
