Job description

Milk Education has partnered with two-form entry Primary School in the Manchester area who are search of an EYFS Teacher to begin their career in education and work within Early Years, EYFS. This will be a long term position with potential to be made permanent.

You will have the experience of gaining experience and forming positive relationships with staff and pupils in a diverse and positive environment whilst facilitating children to flourish within all areas of the curriculum. Early Career Teachers, ECTs, are welcome to apply.

Requirements

· Qualified Teacher Status, QTS, is essential.

· Placement or teaching experience in a Primary School or Early Years Setting.

· Inspirational and highly effective in the classroom

· Creative and dynamic.

· Strong behaviour management.

· Passionate about enabling every child to fulfil their potential

· Able to contribute to, and work, as part of a team

· Creative in their approach to children’s learning

· Reliable and flexible to suit the expectations of our schools

Responsibilities

· Using secure understanding of the National Curriculum and Early Years Framework to plan, teach, and assess whole class lessons.

· Ensuring a positive classroom environment and creating a love for learning.

· Adapting to all classroom attainment levels through differentiation.

· Using formative assessments to assess pupils’ needs and attainment levels.

· Collaborating with Senior Leadership Team, Teaching Assistants, and Parents/Carers to facilitate pupil progress and support individual needs.
