HR Change Advisor

6 months (potential for extension, but no more than 9 months)

Up to £42,500 per annum (pro-rata)

Remote working (Candidate must already have the right to work and be based within the UK)

Role Overview:

A leading international non-profit organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support significant organisational changes and provide cover during maternity leave. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead change management initiatives, including restructuring and potential redundancies
• Provide expert HR advice on employee relations issues
• Support consultation processes in line with UK employment law
• Assist with international HR matters
• Collaborate with senior leadership on implementing new corporate strategy
• Help maintain HR operations during period of team transitions

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of HR experience, with strong change management expertise
• In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and ACAS guidelines
• Experience in managing complex employee relations cases
• International HR experience beneficial but not required
• Charity sector experience helpful but not essential

Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong advisory skills, able to guide senior leaders
• Proficiency in HR systems and data management

Additional Information:

• Remote working with occasional travel may be required
• Salary range: £40,000-£42,500 per annum
• 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential extension to 9 months
