Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant (TA/LSA)

Milk Education is working with a school in the Hillingdon area to recruit a dedicated Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people to achieve their full potential in an inclusive and nurturing environment.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils, helping them access learning and stay engaged in lessons.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities that meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN.
• Support pupils in developing social, emotional, and communication skills.
• Encourage independence and resilience in learning.
• Contribute to creating a safe, positive classroom environment where every child can thrive.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children or young people in a school, childcare, or SEN setting (desirable).
• A patient, supportive, and proactive approach to learning and behaviour.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility and enthusiasm for working across different age groups and needs.
• A genuine passion for education and helping young people succeed.
