Residential Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)

Greenford, London (UB6) | Up to £13.50 per hour + £50 per sleep-in | Permanent

We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join a dedicated team in a children’s home supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

The Role:

• Provide day-to-day care and support for children and young people with EBD.
• Promote independence, build trust, and encourage positive routines.
• Work as part of a team delivering trauma-informed, child-centred care.
• Support with education, activities, and life skills.
• Participate in sleep-ins, shift work, and rota patterns.
