Residential Support Worker – Children’s Residential Home (EBD)

Ilford, London | Up to £13.50 per hour + £50 per sleep-in | Permanent

We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join a children’s residential home in Ilford, supporting young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD). The Role:

• Provide care, support, and guidance to children and young people with EBD.
• Help create a safe, nurturing, and supportive home environment.
• Encourage independence, life skills, and positive routines.

• Take part in rota shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins.
