What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and inspire Regional Quality Assurance Managers and Quality Improvement Coaches to elevate clinical standards across the board.
  • Own the delivery of clinical services—meeting and exceeding contractual KPIs, TPLs, and DWP expectations.
  • Be the go-to expert for clinical performance reporting, risk visibility, and strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with Training Teams to ensure Health Professionals are equipped, supported, and continuously developed.
  • Use Power BI and MI tools to turn data into action—driving service improvements and smarter decision-making.
  • Align regional quality standards for consistency, equity, and excellence nationwide.
  • Champion clinical governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement at every level.


What You Bring:

  • Deep knowledge of clinical report writing and assessment
  • Up-to-date clinical expertise across a wide range of health conditions and disabilities.
  • Experience in Health Professional roles with a strong grasp of individual learning styles.
  • Fully registered with a relevant professional body and post-approval experience.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
  • A passion for quality, continuous learning, and improving outcomes for both Health Professionals and claimants.
