Speech and Language Therapist

Location: West Midlands (commutable from Wolverhampton, Dudley, Walsall, West Bromwich, Sandwell, Telford, Cannock, Stourbridge & wider Birmingham)

Contract: Part-Time (3 days, 24 hours), Term Time Only

Salary: £15.53 – £18.62 p/hr (£32,302.40 – £38,729.60 pro rata)

Key Health are currently recruiting for an exciting Speech and Language Therapist role within a specialist education setting. This is a fantastic opportunity to support children and young people with ASC/SEMH needs, helping them achieve brighter futures.

The Role

• Deliver and adapt bespoke assessment and intervention plans (1:1 and small groups)
• Support pupils with speech, language, and communication needs
• Work with teachers, families, and carers to embed a Total Communication approach
• Provide advice, training, and reflective practice to staff
• Manage a small but meaningful caseload in a supportive environment

About You

• Registered member of RCSLT and HCPC
• Degree (or equivalent) in Speech and Language Therapy
• Experience with children/young people with ASC, SEMH, or learning disabilities
• A collaborative, adaptable, and nurturing approach
