Job Title: Leadership and Management Skills Coach

Location: Remote with meetings twice a month in West Midlands or Oxfordshire

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000

Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays

Overview

We are working with a well-established training provider, rated Good by Ofsted, who are seeking an experienced Leadership and Management Skills Coach to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to support and inspire learners, delivering high-quality programmes both in the workplace and remotely, while helping to shape the future of leadership training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor learners throughout their journey, supporting them from enrolment through to successful End Point Assessment (EPA).
  • Lead interactive workshops and provide tailored support, motivating learners to achieve their full potential.
  • Develop individualised learning plans, ensuring training meets both professional and programme requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance delivery models and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and address challenges to support successful outcomes.
  • Ensure all delivery meets quality and compliance standards, including funding and regulatory requirements.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Proven experience delivering Level 5 Leadership and Management Apprenticeship programmes.
  • Hold (or be working towards) a Level 5 Management qualification, supported by strong vocational expertise in leadership and management.
  • Experience in remote apprenticeship coaching
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners through workshops, one-to-one coaching, and regular feedback.
  • Teaching and Assessor qualifications (e.g. PTLLS, AET, TAQA)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse learner caseload.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach, with a passion for supporting learners to succeed.
