Teaching Assistant – Aspiring County Lines Prevention Officer

Location: Godalming

Salary: From £101 per day | Term Time Only | Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 4:00pm

Milk Education is offering a unique opportunity to join a specialist Alternative Provision & SEN school in Godalming as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA). This role is perfect for anyone aspiring to work in:

What You’ll Do:

Build trusting relationships with children aged 5–11 at risk of exploitation

Mentor and guide students towards positive choices

Use restorative and trauma-informed approaches

Support reintegration into education and the wider community

What We’re Looking For:

Graduates (Criminology, Psychology, Youth Work) OR individuals with relevant experience

Passion for safeguarding and preventing exploitation

Empathy, resilience, and a restorative approach to behaviour
