Job Title – Hospitality Curriculum Design Specialist

Location: Remote (UK)

Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 + excellent benefits

Delivering programmes across all four nations of the UK, they currently support more than 7,000 active apprentices and are recognised as a trusted leader within the sector.


They are now seeking an experienced Hospitality Curriculum Design Specialist to join their growing team of apprenticeship developers.


The Role

As a Curriculum Design Specialist, you’ll use your hospitality expertise and curriculum design experience to shape and continuously improve apprenticeship programmes.


This is not about starting from scratch, it’s about enhancing and modernising existing programmes to create engaging, high-quality learning experiences for apprentices and employers alike.


Person Specification

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has strong hospitality sector experience and has transitioned into apprenticeships.
  • Has experience designing or redesigning apprenticeship standards within Hospitality.
  • Acts as an industry expert, leading training needs analyses and curating learning content.
  • Is confident engaging with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Is innovative, adaptive, and passionate about improving learning experiences.
  • Can work both independently and collaboratively within a virtual team.


Key Technical Skills

  • Proven experience designing and developing apprenticeship & commercial training courses using various methodologies.
  • Strong ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, learner-friendly language.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Skilled in creating curriculum strategies and resources that drive learner engagement.


Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 (DOE)
  • Pension: 4.5% employer / 4.5% employee
