Our Client is seeking a forward-thinking Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the next stage of growth - transforming how learning is delivered, scaled, and measured across our global network.

You’ll be responsible for scaling the systems, teams, and culture that power an AI-enabled, data-driven education enterprise. From operational strategy to digital transformation, this is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of learning, technology, and human impact.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead strategic and operational execution across education and learner experience divisions.
  • Design and implement scalable AI-powered learning and tutoring systems that enhance student outcomes and efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation across digital platforms, automation, and data operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - from curriculum development to marketing - to unify strategy, culture, and technology.
  • Translate business goals into measurable impact through learning analytics and predictive insights.
  • Partner with leadership to shape our next phase of international growth and prepare for investment or IPO readiness.


Who You Are

  • A strategic operator with experience in education, learning technology, or multi-unit operations (franchise or enterprise scale).
  • Confident leading transformation initiatives — from digital transformation and automation to AI adoption and platform innovation.
  • Skilled in creating clarity and structure during periods of growth or change.
  • Comfortable balancing people-centric leadership with data-driven decision making.
  • Excited by the opportunity to redefine the future of personalised learning through technology and human collaboration.


Preferred Experience

  • Senior operational or strategy leadership (COO, MD, Strategy Director, or Head of Commercial).
  • Proven success implementing processes and digital systems in an education or service-led environment.
  • Strong understanding of data governance, impact measurement, and scalability models.
  • Experience with partner, or network-based business models is advantageous.
