Corporate Associate – Life Sciences / Venture Capital Focus (3–4 PQE)

Location: London

A leading international law firm is seeking a bright, ambitious mid-level Corporate Associate to join its rapidly expanding Life Sciences and Healthcare team. The practice advises some of the most innovative, high-growth venture-backed companies across the sector — from early-stage funding to M&A and strategic exits.

You’ll work on a broad mix of venture financings, private M&A, and general corporate advisory matters, supporting clients at every stage of their growth journey. The team operates at the cutting edge of the life sciences ecosystem, working closely with investors, founders, and management teams across the UK, Europe, and the U.S.

The ideal candidate:

• 3–4 years’ PQE with strong transactional experience (venture capital, M&A, or general corporate).
• Must be qualified in England & Wales.
• Experience with growth companies or an interest in the life sciences/healthcare innovation space.
• Strong academics and top-tier law firm background.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable managing fast-paced, complex matters.
