Project Health & Safety Advisor

Location: North-West, London

Salary: £50-60k plus travel (competitive + benefits)

Are you a Health & Safety professional looking to step into a major infrastructure environment? This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK’s leading contractors working alongside seasoned H&S leaders and gaining hands-on experience in one of London’s most dynamic construction hubs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting daily site inspections and safety walkdowns
• Assisting with incident reporting and investigation follow-up
• Helping deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings to site teams
• Monitoring contractor compliance with site safety standards
• Contributing to audits and project-wide safety initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate
• A genuine interest in developing a career in Health & Safety
• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with site teams
• Enthusiasm, curiosity and a proactive approach to learning
• Previous site or construction exposure (placement or internship) is beneficial but not essential
