£47,047.50 + £500 London Weighting + £4,000 Shift Allowance + Bonus

We’re recruiting GSE Engineers to join a growing team at Gatwick. You’ll get hands-on with specialist Ground Support Equipment (GSE) — from tugs and tractors to baggage systems and hydraulic lifts — ensuring they’re safe, reliable, and always ready for action.

What You’ll Be Doing

• ⚙ Servicing, maintaining, and repairing airport GSE (mechanical & electrical)
• Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance to high standards
• Diagnosing faults, keeping records accurate, and ensuring compliance
• Working shifts on a 4 on 4 off rota (2 days, 2 nights) alongside a skilled team

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Heavy vehicle experience preferred (strong light vehicle backgrounds also considered)
• City & Guilds in motor mechanics engineering (or equivalent)
• HGV Class 1 licence desirable
• 5 years’ checkable work history for airside clearance
• Ability to pass CRC and GSAT security checks
