Job Summary


The HR Intern will gain hands-on experience in HR administration and people operations within a dynamic and creative environment. The role will support the HR department in daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes.


Key Purpose of the Role

  • To provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing and maintaining employee records.
  • To assist with updating HR databases (e.g. Staff lists, absence records, training logs, and records).
  • To help prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reference requests.
  • To support the recruitment process.
  • To assist with onboarding processes, including preparing induction packs and setting up new starter files.
  • To respond to routine queries or redirect as necessary.
  • To support HR projects, events, and wellbeing initiatives.
  • To ensure all HR documents are compliant with GDPR and data protection regulations.
  • To use and maintain HR systems, including Workday and Fourth, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.


Education and Skills

  • Currently studying towards or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • A proactive and flexible attitude, with willingness to learn and support different HR activities.
  • Interest in building a career in Human Resources.



Remuneration package

  • Starting date beginning of January 2026 (hybrid presence onsite)
  • Part time 28 / 35 hours pw
