Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

South London | up to £55,000 + Pension + Healthcare

Hours: 6am–2pm (Mon–Fri) |

Exciting opportunity to join a world-class producing site. Lead maintenance for critical pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment while ensuring safe, reliable plant performance.

What you’ll do

• Supervise and lead the maintenance team.
• Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Oversee installs and planned maintenance (SAP).
• Manage contractors and enforce safe systems of work (PTW).
• Support unit reliability and site improvement plans.
• About youApprenticeship or NVQ in Engineering.
• Strong experience with pumps, compressors, and rotating machinery.
• ATEX exposure and COMAH site background ideal.
• Confident leader with strong communication and organisation skills.
