Location: Remote within UK (Office visits in London)

Salary: Up to £75,000 + 20k equity

This forward-thinking EdTech company, based in London, has recently secured Series A funding and is entering an exciting phase of growth through 2025 and 2026.

They’re building a modern SaaS platform that supports schools and educators with tools to promote education, they're designed to simplify operations and enhance engagement for pupils, parents and teachers.

You’ll be joining a close-knit team who value collaboration, creativity, and thoughtful problem-solving. The environment is supportive and inclusive, with plenty of space to bring your ideas to life and shape the product roadmap.

The role is fully remote within the UK, but if you enjoy the occasional face-to-face time, their London office is open and welcoming. Flexibility and autonomy are key here, making it a great fit for developers who thrive in a balanced and empowering setting.

You’ll need experience in:

• 5+ years experience in a lead role
• Strong skills in PHP, Laravel, Node and React or Vue
• Coding, Pair Programming, Technical coaching
• Road mapping, scoping, client facing
• Supporting and developing the team.

You'll need UK residency and a valid working visa (unfortunately, sponsorship is not available)
