HOWL is a sexual wellness brand redefining intimacy through sex tech, LGBTQ+ events, and education. Our mission is to dismantle shame and champion pleasure without compromise.

We’ve built a fast-growing community, organised 23 raves, launched lube people love, and created a media presence that has made us a community cornerstone. HOWL is already stocked in leading retailers like Selfridges & Clonezone, and now we’re set to expand into Ann Summers, Boots, and independent sex stores across the UK.


2026 is shaping up to be a landmark year, with HOWL activating at key queer and music events like Maiden Voyage, Body Movements, Mighty Hoopla, and more putting us at the centre of culture, pleasure, and community.


This is a junior, hands-on role where you’ll support sales and account management, helping to grow HOWL’s presence in existing and new retail accounts. You’ll be the person ensuring our products look and sell their best in-store, supporting new client acquisition, and building strong, lasting relationships across our retail network.


There is also scope to handle activations and sales at Trade Shows, Club nights and Festivals around the world, positioning you as a cultural ambassador for the company


Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales across retail and wholesale accounts, including independent retailers, micro chains, and larger partners
  • Assist in acquiring new business through prospecting, outreach, and relationship-building
  • Visit existing clients onsite to support account management, visual merchandising, and restocking needs
  • Help onboard new accounts and ensure smooth integration into HOWL’s processes
  • Proactively track and manage reorders to maintain stock levels and maximise sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales tracking systems for visibility and reporting
  • On-board and manage hotel partnerships 
  • Support activations at trade shows and festivals, managing merch tables and leading on sales 
  • Engaging with institutions, club nights and collectives to get HOWL distributed via 3rd parties


Required Experience & Skills

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales support, account management, or a related role
  • Experience or contacts with CPG, wellness, or sexual health/wellness retailers and buyers preferred
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with clients both in person and remotely
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Sales mentality where you really enjoy the process of selling the brand and the product


Desirable Experience

  • Exposure to visual merchandising or in-store product placement
  • Experience with CRM or sales tracking systems
  • Familiarity with HOWL’s community, events, or products

Interview Process

  1. Introductory conversation: vibe and experience check
  2. Task-based assessment: a short sales/account management exercise to complete within 48 hours
  3. Final interview focused on culture fit and alignment with HOWL’s mission
