Role Description

The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the entire patient care pathway—from referral to discharge—to ensure efficient, high-quality service delivery. This includes coordinating daily clinical activities such as assessments and therapy sessions across multiple service lines (ADHD, Autism, psychiatry, and therapy) and allocating new referrals to clinicians based on capacity, expertise, and location. The role involves monitoring report and correspondence timelines, maintaining accurate referral and allocation trackers, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with clinical and administrative procedures. Additionally, the Clinical Coordinator develops tools and resources to streamline workflows and supports cross-departmental teams by providing guidance, resolving issues, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Essential: Bachelor's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Psychology
  • Preferred: Clinical Mental Health Counseling (MA/MS) or Psychology (MS)
  • At least 2 years of experience in mental healthcare industry

 

A Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check will be required as part of the pre-employment process, should an offer of employment be made.
