Learning Administrator – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £26,000-28,000 per annum (pro-rata)

Your role
As a Learning Administrator, you’ll support the delivery of the CII’s qualifications and training programmes, working across multiple teams including Student Learning, Development, Accreditation, and Training. You’ll coordinate digital and printed learning materials, manage course setup on platforms like RevisionMate, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations.
Your responsibilities will include liaising with internal teams and external suppliers, maintaining accurate records, supporting virtual and in-person training events, and assisting with customer communications. You’ll also help manage course logistics, monitor bookings and payments, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a varied and fast-paced role where you’ll play a key part in enhancing the learner experience and supporting the delivery of high-quality professional education.

- You enjoy working collaboratively across teams and take pride in delivering a smooth and professional service.
- You’re confident using business systems like Word, Excel and SharePoint, and quick to learn new tools and processes.
