Milk Education is recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work in partnership with our nurturing and inclusive secondary schools in Liverpool (L19). This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience and make a real impact on students’ learning and wellbeing.

Role Overview

• Support the class teacher with daily lessons, classroom activities, and routines
• Work with small groups and provide one-to-one support where needed
• Help pupils stay engaged, focused, and confident throughout the school day
• Prepare learning materials and assist in delivering fun, interactive activities
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
• Collaborate effectively with teachers and support staff to drive pupil progress

• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to supporting learners
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for helping children reach their full potential
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND is desirable but not essential
