Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of neurodiverse young people? We’re seeking a resilient, empathetic Learning Support Assistant to join a dynamic secondary SEN school supporting pupils with ADHD, autism, and complex learning needs.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support across KS3–KS4
• Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, and associated learning difficulties
• Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviours with confidence and care
• Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and pastoral teams to create inclusive learning environments

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience supporting pupils with autism and learning difficulties
• Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, consistent approach
• A genuine commitment to inclusion, empathy, and pupil wellbeing
• Team player with excellent communication and adaptability
